OATH Start Up problemsproblem
Universal Resolver - plugin is failing because the server that the resolver is using is failing. Config option to use a specific URL – freezing on loading.
Explains why it suddenly started happening.
OATH is dependent on the dev.uniresolver – and that is why this is failing. Should we have our own? Could disable the tests.
Mediator Pickup Protocol - v2 did anyone implement this?

Probably needs an update, but it is there.
Connections Plugin – status ?– almost merged. Poetry lock issue as of 5 minutes ago.
