Aries OCA Bundle Generation Process – Overview, Problems, Approach

- Suggested Actions:
  - Mostly what is in the doc
  - Best idea – instead of using the gh-pages URL as the base for the location of the index file, use the raw GitHub URL for gh-pages branch. That removes the gh-pages published site dependency. In doing that, have the current “merge” PR update a new branch (“Test”) that is a copy of gh-pages, and create a PR that when approved will update the gh-pages branch. An OCA Explorer mode could use the “Test” branch to make sure that changes were correct before approving the “update gh-pages” PR. This gives us an extra layer of safety when merging PRs.
