Plugins Dependabot Process - fun:
Process from last meeting, plus:
When integration tests fail:
Revert the lock file updates for failed tests so rest can proceed.
Figure out the problem and open new PRs for problem plugins.
New OWF Project Proposal: isomdl UniFFI (based on the SpruceId mDL Library).
From Indicio, and derived from the OpenID4VC plugin.

HSM support – what is a good approach?
Plugin – is the ideal – but how?
No KMS abstraction – just Askar directly. Initial approach from Credo was to put an HSM layer into Askar, but that was not done.
Challenge is to make a KMS abstraction in ACA-Py.
Perhaps best way is to do <if key type>
