Android 16KB Page Alignment
- Update RN SDK to >0.78
  - May be a problem updating to new architecture, investigation required.
  - After >0.76 allows / requires new architecture unless we disable it.
  - Bryce to collaborate with Mohamed.
- Maybe RNVisionCamera
  - Needs to be updated as per a scan done by Tim
- Argon2 (unsupported)
  - Opportunity to get a NIST compliant algo
  - PBKDF-2 (NIST, built into phones, need to find wrapper)
  - Argon2 is better, but not NIST compliant.
  - Upgrade path required for existing wallets.
    - Maybe in the short term we could fork Argon2 to break this down into smaller work units.
    - Consider upgrading to Expo secure store while we’re at this change.
