0.6 Upgrade Guide

• Initial PR made to set the version to 0.6, update tooling

• @Ariel Gentile to add initial draft of changes/upgrades

• @Timo Glastra to extend on that based on new features

Would be good to have a place for DIDComm extension protocols

e.g. GitHub - 2060-io/credo-ts-didcomm-ext: DIDComm Extension modules for Credo

Would be good to have a standard API in Credo core

• Would create burden for maintainers, but would allow collaboration instead of every Credo user re-implementing
