• Do we still need Askar for storage if we have databases with Encryption at rest and encrypted communication with the database?

• PostgreSQL, SQLite, Realm, MongoDB

• Database level encryption → who holds the keys?. Cloud providers can also auto-rotate the encryption key on a regular basis.
