Credo (AFJ) 0.5.0

- Pull Request
- Will fix conflicts, expect to be merged shortly.
- With Credo 0.5.0 we now can complete the work on OIDC4VCI Draft 11 so expect to see a PR on that shortly.

Publishing 1.0.0


- Now that Credo 0.5.0 is out we would like to get that merged.
- Get a 1.0.0 published rather than always using "Alpha"
- Might use the @bifold namspeace if we can rather thatn @owf (or similar). Might look like @bifold/core, @bifold/oca, etc (just ideas).
- Cont conversation in Discord with Ry to see what we can do.
